Truth matters more than protecting an error.
Report factual mistakes, broken links, edition mismatches, incorrect retailer information, attribution problems, translation concerns, accessibility failures, or continuity issues. Disagreement alone is not automatically an error, but it is allowed to arrive with evidence.
What to include
- Page, title, edition, format, or URL.
- The passage, claim, link, page number, or location concerned.
- Why it appears wrong or misleading.
- A reliable supporting source where relevant.
- Whether the issue affects safety, rights, attribution, or a currently sold edition.
What happens next
Reports may be verified, rejected, corrected quietly, added to an errata record, or incorporated into a later edition. Typographical and formatting corrections may be made without a public change log. Material corrections may be disclosed where doing so is useful and proportionate.
No promise of agreement
Submitting a report does not create a contract, guarantee a response, require publication, or transfer ownership of submitted material. Good-faith corrections are appreciated; threats, spam, and fabricated claims are not an editorial process.
