This policy describes the website as currently deployed. It must be reviewed before adding analytics, newsletters, user accounts, direct sales, embedded media, payment tools, advertising, or server-side forms.

What the website itself collects
The published website consists of static files. It does not create visitor accounts, maintain a private customer database, run first-party analytics, or include an advertising network in the current build.
The contact and review-copy forms prepare an email locally in the visitor’s email application. The site does not submit the form to a website database. The visitor chooses whether to send the prepared email.
When you send an email
If you send an email, the information you include is processed to read, assess, answer, organize, and retain the correspondence where reasonably necessary. This may include name, email address, organization, message content, attachments, and publication or rights details.
The legal basis will normally be the steps you request, legitimate interests in managing professional correspondence and the publishing operation, consent where specifically requested, or legal obligations where applicable.
Hosting and technical delivery
The website is delivered through GitHub Pages and related internet infrastructure. Hosting, network, security, and access-log providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested resource, date, time, and security signals under their own responsibilities and policies.
Recipients
Personal data sent by email may be processed by the email provider and by service providers necessary to maintain, secure, or respond to the communication. It may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
International processing
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where the controller is responsible for such a transfer, an applicable legal mechanism should be used. Independent third-party platforms apply their own notices and transfer arrangements.
Retention
General correspondence is reviewed and deleted when no longer reasonably needed. Messages connected to rights, contracts, disputes, accounting, security incidents, or legal obligations may be retained for the relevant matter and applicable limitation or retention period. No universal retention period is claimed where the context materially differs.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency where it is competent.

No solely automated significant decisions
The website does not use visitor data to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Security
Reasonable care is taken, but ordinary email and public internet delivery cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality or security. Do not send unnecessary passwords, financial credentials, medical records, identity documents, trade secrets, or highly sensitive personal data through general contact channels.
Children
The site is not designed to collect personal data directly from children. Do not submit a child’s personal data without appropriate authority.
Changes
This policy will be revised when the actual website stack or processing changes. A privacy policy is not a description of tools that might exist later; it must describe what is actually happening.
